Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the RECONSUMET-TS API and this documentation site.

1. What this is

RECONSUMET-TS is a fork of Consumet, a personal aggregation project that indexes and provides access to publicly-accessible anime streaming sources. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Consumet or any of the third-party sites it aggregates (excluding thesupersuperanime.lol, the maintainer's own site, which is built on top of this API).

2. Acceptable use

This API is provided for personal, non-commercial, and research use. By using this API, you agree not to:

• Use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the maintainer.
• Attempt to overwhelm, abuse, or excessively burden the service (e.g. high-volume automated scraping beyond reasonable personal use).
• Use it in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Misrepresent this API as your own or as officially affiliated with any third-party source it aggregates.

3. No warranty, no liability

This API is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The maintainer makes no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data or content returned by this API.

The maintainer is not responsible for:

• The content, legality, availability, or accuracy of any third-party source this API aggregates or links to.
• Any consequences arising from your use or misuse of this API, including but not limited to legal consequences in your jurisdiction related to accessing copyrighted content.

Use of this API, and any content accessed through it, is entirely at your own risk and your own responsibility.

4. Third-party content, copyright, and takedown requests

RECONSUMET-TS does not host any video, media, or copyrighted content itself — it aggregates publicly-accessible links from third-party sources. The maintainer does not claim ownership of any content accessible through those third-party sources.

If you are a rights holder and believe a specific link, source, or server returned by this API infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to have that specific reference removed from this API's results. To be actionable, a request should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The specific source/provider name and identifier (e.g. the provider and episodeId, or the exact URL) that is claimed to be infringing — a general complaint about the API as a whole cannot be acted on; it must point at a specific, identifiable reference.
• Your contact information (name, email or other reachable method).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submit takedown requests to: thesupersupersigma@thesupersupersigma.com or thesuper2sigma on discord.

Upon receiving a request that substantially includes the above, the maintainer will remove or disable the specific identified reference from this API's results within a reasonable time. This process addresses this API's own indexing/linking of a source — it does not, and cannot, remove content from the third-party site itself, which remains outside this project's control.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Termination

Access to this API may be limited, rate-limited, or revoked at the maintainer's discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse or violation of these terms.
